Research & recommendations
We search the market and compare lenders to find options that fit your circumstances, then we explain the pros and cons simply and clearly.
You’ll get: a clear recommendation and a breakdown of costs and monthly payments.
Decision in Principle (DIP)*
If you’re ready, we’ll arrange your Decision in Principle to support your offer.
* You might also hear this as Mortgage in Principle (MIP) and Agreement in Principle (AIP). Yes, it’s all the same thing.
Application & paperwork
We complete the mortgage application for you, liaise with the lender and submit all supporting documents.
We’ll manage: lender queries, updates and next steps.
Valuation, underwriting & mortgage offer
The lender completes their checks and valuation. Once approved, your mortgage offer is issued.
We’ll: review the offer, explain it, and make sure it matches what you agreed.
Insurance review
A mortgage is a long-term commitment, we’ll also help you consider insurance options so you can protect your home and lifestyle if something unexpected happens.
Legal work & completion
Your solicitor/conveyancer completes the legal work. We’ll stay in touch with all parties to keep things moving, right through to completion day.
